Thank you very much for using our online store services. Due to Server Maintenance, the Server hosting Time Honored Formulas was down for a while but is now back online. During the outage, connecting to our site was not possible, we apologize for any difficulties this may caused you and ask for your kind understanding and patronage. New features have been added to our site and we hope they won’t cause any discomfort to our customers, among these features we have to mention the following:
1.- Validation of emails is a must, since some of our customers were complaining about the delays of the notifications for the orders online, validation of emails are mandatory in order to comply with new online legislation. These validations act as an authorization from the customer for us to be able to write to your email in order to notify you about your purchases.
2.- reCAPTCHA on Registration, Login and Checkout. The reCAPTCHA is a tool to validate human interaction with a digital program, this is just an extra layer of protection to avoid automated system, virus, bots and spam worms to use our platform to generate thousands and thousands of unrequested emails.
3.- Integrated tracking numbers for USPS orders. Due to completion of an order, the tracking number issued by the USPS is now integrated in the completion invoice sent directly to the customer’s email. FedEx tracking numbers will continue to be sent prior delivery since FedEx offer customizable features in their company like delaying a delivery, holding a package on a nearest office, return to shipper, etc. while USPS do not.
The Website for Time Honored Formulas is currently under maintenance and is not available online for the time being. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to fix the error that is causing our server outage between yesterday May 6, and today May 7, 2020. We apologize for the delay in getting the website up and running again.
We have made a decision to use a more efficient host for our online platform. During this migration we took the opportunity to perform some much needed database upgrades into a more solid architecture to accommodate our (and your) continued growth. We want to inform our customers that due to the multiple new protocols on internet for online communication resulting from the pandemic crisis worldwide, we must verify the authenticity of the online accounts, most users are verified due to their continued used of our websites, but for those with old accounts with none or low activity up to May 2019, will require verification of their emails. The inactive accounts will be automatically deleted after one (1) year of inactivity. This is a measure aimed to fix the notification problems on certain email platforms, and to integrate the tracking number notifications directly to the user’s emails.
The verification is a simple automatically generated message to confirm receipt of your order via the Internet. You do not need to reply to this e-mail, just clicking the safe link validates your account and it’s a one time requirement.
The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Due to Foreign Postal Operator Service Suspension, Unavailability of Transportation and a Suspension of Global Express Guaranteed Service.
We are pleased to announce that finally we have the USPS service integration so you can choose your preferred sipping methods, including P.O. Boxes through US Postal service.
This service will be available exclusively online, and we want to thank all carriers working so hard to get your orders on their destinations during these difficult times, so we ask that you spread the word among your friends and family. At Ancient Formulas the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the new strain of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.
We must remind our dear customers that we do not have a physical
store, and we are still working hard to keep up with the demand. We will
reserve the access to our facility only to essential personnel, some
people find us on Internet and decide to give us a visit, but sadly we
must take precautions, and for the time being we will no longer extend
the courtesy to receive them at our front door.
We also understand that there may be instances where customers find
themselves facing certain difficulties with the tracking notifications
or out of stock products. We are working hard to help ease these
problems, and we encourage customers who may be impacted to reach out to
provide the information they may need. FedEx has issued a notification
requesting to confirm that all recipients are going to be available to
receive packages since returning packages and holding them at FedEx
locations is both time and resource consuming.

These new terms provide clarity over our respective responsibilities when handling that data and give both; you and Ancient Formulas protections around that controller status.
