The Ancient Formulas return policy
Our return policy terms and conditions have been updated as of June, 2020.
If you are not satisfied or you just want to return a product, We will provide a refund for any unused/unopened products that are returned within 30 days of the purchase.
Restrictions and refund
- All products must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and unopened, including any accessories, manuals or documentation.
- If it is found to be damaged, opened, tampered with, altered, or in any condition hindering restocking, credit will be refused. Customers, in such cases, retain the option of having the product returned to them at their own expense.
- The Product’s sale receipt or invoice should be returned with the product.
- We will offer the refund based only on the original method of payment.
Return shipping
- Customers are free to select any carrier for product returns, provided that the chosen carrier offers shipment tracking for all returned items. If a carrier lacking tracking or insurance for the product’s full value is chosen, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. Additional restrictions imposed by the chosen carrier are the customer’s responsibility, with no liability falling on Ancient Formulas, Inc. or its affiliated brands.
- We do not give credit or reimbursement for shipping expenses.
Cancellation
Changes or cancellations may be made until noon, 12:00 p.m., of the day following placement of orders. If the client requested same day shipping, there will be no changes or cancellations accepted after placing the order.
